Need-Based vs Preference-Based Frequency
You've cleared the limiting beliefs and done the inner work. But what about the desires themselves?
This guide explores the difference between the authentic quality you're seeking and the specific blueprint for how it may arrive. Mapping how to recognise what's borrowed, what's authentic, and why the distinction changes everything.
Why does letting go make things manifest?
Discover how need and preference operate as distinct frequencies that determine which timeline you experience. A working theory on consciousness navigation.

I'm Vaz. I've spent thirty years exploring consciousness, first as a facilitator, founding the London College of Spirituality (2007 to 2018) bringing talks, workshops and direct experiences to thousands of Londoners, and through two decades of giving teaching.
IAt twenty-four, I came out of fifteen years of severe depression, n by shifting where I was looking from. That single recognition is the seed of everything here.
Through the facilitation, certain patterns kept appearing with real consistency: quantum leaps in transformation that went beyond linear healing logic, timeline shifts that seemed to answer a change in consciousness and mysteries that kept appearing which seemed to challenge the existing narratives I had been taught within the consciousness field. What they called for was a place to map them openly and hold them against other people's experience. That became Source Institute. A place where all ideas can be shared freely first - with the deeper explorations given through held experiences.
This is one exploration, and it is becoming many.
